2. Copyright Infringement Notices

If you believe content hosted on a CipherNode service—including game files, scripts, plugins, mods, maps, resource packs, workshop items, server branding, or other customer-controlled material—infringes your copyright, send a written notice containing:

  • Your full legal name, company name if applicable, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material and enough information for us to locate it, such as IP address, domain, URL, server hostname, file path, screenshots, timestamps, or logs.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the complained-of use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Counter-Notices

If your content was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe the notice was mistaken or misidentified the content, you may send a counter-notice containing:

  • Your full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court for your address, or if your address is outside the United States, the appropriate federal court where CipherNode may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or their agent.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringers

CipherNode may suspend or terminate accounts or services of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or who repeatedly receive valid copyright complaints. We may also remove or disable access to content when needed to comply with law, upstream provider requirements, or our policies.

5. Abuse Reports

For non-copyright abuse, including DDoS activity, malware, phishing, spam, network attacks, harassment, fraud, or unlawful content, email abuse@ciphernode.cloud.

Please include the affected IP address or hostname, timestamps with timezone, logs, URLs, screenshots, and a clear description of what happened. The more specific your report is, the faster we can investigate.

6. Emergency and Law Enforcement Requests

Law enforcement or emergency requests should be sent to abuse@ciphernode.cloud with clear identification of the agency, request type, legal process if applicable, and contact information for verification.

We may preserve or disclose information when we believe it is required by law, necessary to prevent harm, or necessary to protect CipherNode, customers, networks, or the public.

7. Misrepresentation

Submitting false or misleading copyright or abuse notices can cause harm to customers and may have legal consequences. Do not submit a notice unless you have a good-faith basis for the report and authority to act.
